We are looking for a contract customer service representative who can provide telephone support and order processing for our two travel websites: BITours.com and AlcatrazTrips.com. The websites sell tours of or originating from San Francisco. This is a telecommuting or work-at-home position. Compensation ranges from $15 to $20 per hour.
The position involves answering customer questions, order processing, and responding to email inquiries.
Our Customer Service position requires a person who enjoys helping people, is a good listener, and is comfortable handling stressful or hectic situations. The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of San Francisco, great communication and writing skills, and experience working on-line. They must have a quiet place to work, high-speed access to the Internet (DSL or Cable) and a computer capable of running Windows 2000.
This is a contract opportunity to provide customer service on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays for approximately 10 hours per day. Telephone support needs to be provided from 9 am to 5 pm and order processing from 8 am to 8 pm.
