The Mid-Atlantic Sports Digest is currently the only advertising avenue to the Washington DC metro area’s premier country clubs. The publication covers tennis, golf and fitness at the country club level and targets the Washington social elite. The publication captivates audiences by highlighting important and newsworthy stories as well as game scores that would, otherwise, be missed. The Mid-Atlantic Sports Digest has the competitive advantage of being the only publication to reach a premier audience, making it an easy sell to advertisers. The publication is growing rapidly and we are looking for a professional, dedicated, full time advertising sales representative to manage advertising requests follow up on leads and conduct new business development. The position would require growing both our display and online advertising.
As a Mid-Atlantic Sports Digest sales representative, you will be supported by a team of professionals that will assist you with preliminary sales research, provide a strong sales process, and support daily sales efforts. This position is commission-based, but very competitive with bonuses for exceeding monthly goals. We have initial qualified leads just waiting to be called! We are looking for someone to start immediately.
This position requires an experienced sales professional, with a minimum of three years in advertising sales, print preferred. Ideal candidate will have superior organizational skills and strong communications skills.
